“Will and Ellie had been dating for a few years, then he joined the Army and she decided to move to NC to be with him. So Will contacted me right before Christmas with a plan to propose. He had it all timed out… they started with a drink, then took a walk downtown (with the photographer hiding in the bushes), he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him! Such a sweet moment.”
