“A Chic Virginia Countryside Wedding transports you to the Amalfi Coast:
It all started with a peek at a Dolce and Gabbana Italian inspired dress and the first thought of this southern Italian photo shoot was created by Jessica Ashley Events. Our intention was to display bold colors for a wedding that felt elegant and chic and yet, summery and fun! Bright blues and yellows with silver metallics balanced out the rustic elements of the refurbished barn at beautiful Walden Hall in Reva, VA. The florals from The Posey Detail highlighted the décor with beautiful lemon tree centerpieces, garlands filled with lemons, and exquisite greenery and floral detailing on the drapery at the entrance to the reception. The vintage details were essential to the shoot including the golden yellow furniture pieces, silver candelabras, Italian glass stand, urns, and more. No detail was left untouched down to the gorgeous baby blue Vespa and photo wall with a linen sign that read “love always wins” in Italian. Guests found their seats by lemons hanging from a tree as they walked in. From the Italian details in the writing to the elegant dresses, catering options, and color palette, this editorial will inspire many weddings to come.”
